Dino H. Candela

Dino Candela, Northville’s own, joined the Navy after high school.  In 1985, he was stationed in Alameda, CA on the USS Enterprise, then finished the last 2 years in Norfolk, VA in 1991.  DS2-SW Candela was honorably discharged in 1991.

Dino came home a Gulf War Veteran, then played football at Wayne State University, later graduating with a degree in electrical engineering.

He still resides in Northville with his wife Vicki and daughters Pearson, Jade, & Lia along with his dogs JoJo, Olive, & T-Bone.
